1. Who we are
IndiaPDFTools ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship run by Rahini Rajagopal, N974 Divyasree Republic of Whitefield, EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Bengaluru 560066, India. Contact: support@indiapdftools.com. These terms govern your use of this website and its PDF tools. By using the site you agree to them.
2. The service
We provide online tools to merge, compress, split, convert, protect, unlock, redact, repair and otherwise process PDF files that you upload, and templates you can fill in. With a pass you can also save a set of steps as a workflow and run it again on one PDF, several PDFs or a ZIP. Files up to 50 pages are free, with no sign-up. For longer files you can buy a pass: a 24-Hour Day Pass for ₹49 or a 1-Month Pass for ₹499, described on Pricing . Prices are final amounts in Indian rupees. We are not registered for GST, so none is added. A pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed period; it is not a subscription and it does not renew.
3. Your account
Signing in uses Google's sign-in, so we don't hold a separate password for you. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you sign in with. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a pass. The free tools can be used without an account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't upload files you don't have the right to process, don't use the service for unlawful content, and don't try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend access for accounts that do.
5. Payments, delivery and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking); we never see your card details. A pass is active in your account as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. Nothing is shipped. If you buy a second pass while one is running, the second starts when the first ends. Our refund terms are described in full in Refund & Cancellation .
6. Your files
You keep all rights to the files you upload. We process them only to do what you asked. They are removed from our servers as soon as your job ends; if a job is interrupted, a clean-up removes anything left over within hours. If your job waited in line, its result is kept for you to collect: for 30 minutes after you first download it, or at most 6 hours (24 hours with a pass), and then deleted. We keep no other copies and cannot recover a result after that. The exception is a saved workflow you run in the background, including on several PDFs or a ZIP: its result is kept in your account for 7 days so you can come back to it, then removed, or removed sooner when you delete it. The PDFs you send for such a run are removed as soon as it ends. See our Privacy Policy .
7. The service as provided
We work to process files accurately and without loss, but we don't guarantee a particular result for every file, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. Keep your original files. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
8. Our content
The site, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy it.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@indiapdftools.com. We may suspend or end access for a breach of section 4.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Grievance officer
Complaints about the service can be sent to our grievance officer, Rahini Rajagopal, at gsraja1990@gmail.com. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the latest change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
