Refund & Cancellation
Both paid tiers — the ₹49 Day Pass and the ₹499 Month Pass — are time-boxed, immediate-use purchases: a Day Pass gives 24 hours of unlimited processing starting at purchase, and a Month Pass gives 30 days. There's no subscription to cancel — a pass simply expires on its own once its time window ends.
Delivery
This is an online service. Nothing is shipped: a pass is active in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a minute, and you can see it under My Purchases. If it hasn't appeared after ten minutes, contact us and we'll sort it out.
When a refund applies
We refund in full when:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase, or bought a second pass while one was already running by mistake;
- your payment succeeded but the pass never became active;
- a technical fault on our side stopped your files from being processed after you paid.
A pass that has been used, or whose time window has run, is not refundable because you changed your mind. If you delete your account while a pass is still running, the pass ends with it and is not refunded. If you aren't sure whether your case qualifies, ask: we'd rather look at it than turn you away.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Refunds are handled by a person: there's no "request a refund" button. Write to us via Contact with the email you signed in with and roughly when you paid. We reply within 2 business days. An approved refund is started within 5 business days of approval and goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay. After we start it, your bank or card issuer normally takes 5 to 7 more business days to show it. That last step is Razorpay's and your bank's, not ours. When a refund is processed, the matching pass is switched off.
Cancelling
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. A pass ends by itself when its time window is over.
